Re: BMW 5CI- 2002 VIN: WBABS33472JY42461
On August 5, 2010 I Javier E received a letter from an individual unknown to me named Ebrahim Javid. Mr. Javid indicated that he has my car in which I left with Mechanic Ruben Huerta to perform some work on the vehicle. Just recently I was informed via Ruben Huertas employer Specialty Auto Broker David Drummond (602) 253-3167 that Mr. Huerta was deported to
As a result, the BMW vehicle is no where to be found because Mr. Huerta was evicted from his home and is no longer there. We have had no luck in finding him and made many attempts to locate our vehicle via David Drummond.
A few days ago I receive a letter from individual Ebahim Javid indicating that he has possession of the vehicle and is demanding monies in exchange for my property. First of all, I have never met this individual and he has no right nor has the authority to have any possession of my property. This individual is committing criminal offenses of: extortion and fraud in that legally he should not have my vehicle.
Mr. Javids letter is enclosed along with his home address of 1051 S. Dobson rd #101
Also, I have tape recorded conversations from Mr. Javid requesting monies for a car that does not belong to him. The conversations also indicate that he was not given the authority to by the Echerivels to take the car in his possession and advised that what he is doing is illegal and extortion.
Mr. Javid admits to having possession of the car and refuses to provide any details of the location of the car unless he is paid monies.
Mr. Javid lives in Mesa and I am requesting that the authorities investigate this claim in filing criminal charges against Ebahim Javed, Ruben Huerta and Sandra Jimenez for stolen vehicle and extortion.
