I ordered the books for my bus law class. Books NEVER arrived. Called them for days for status and they told me they were delivered. Once they told me that, I went ahead and ordered from Chegg.com - like I should have in the first place. Called again they said I had to wait 30 days for the books to either ... Read Moreshow up, or for my refund. Called 30 days later and I was told I was going to get the refund in 2-10 bus days. That time came and went, called again (apparently another order was put in?????) and got the same response. Ron called on Monday when I saw that they charged me again and they told him 5-10 bus days for the refund, and we'll get the refund. I called today and after being placed on hold for 20 mins, I called back spoke with the manager who told me that I was not getting my refund because the books were shown to have been delivered and he is not going to believe the customer (me) nor the notes on the account that I never received the books. When I asked him to confirm that I wasn't getting the refund he repeated, I asked for his name and he hung up on me. Yall can imagine that I was HOT!!!! I've been on the bbb.com filing my complaint and Ron will be at the bank first thing tomorrow morning (they were closed today - Veteran's Day) to file a fraud dispute. SO please do not give them any business...they are SCAMMERS!!
