Ecampus.com Beware of "used book policy" for package sets Lexington, Internet
I put in the ISBN number for a textbook package and ordered the Used version. We only received the book itself. Turns out that the company may or may not ship other parts of a textbook package if the item is used. This information is hidden on their help pages; not on the item page itself (and there are different ISBNs usually for just books and for packages!!!).
Now we have to go out and get the additional pieces of the package. We'll end up paying more than the new package sells for on eCampus, and possibly more than the new package would have cost from the campus bookstore.
