Placed an order on a Sunday and discovered later that I needed to cancel it because my financial aid wasn't going to be enough to cover the class. I received a reply to the cancel request first thing Monday morning saying it had already shipped out and they couldn't cancel it. Very impressive that they are able to complete a shipment out of their building on a Sunday when the shipping companies are closed. Their goal seems to be to rip people off. Will NEVER use again.

On another note, I see that you have already been assisted by one of our customer service representatives and your issue has been resolved. Your order has shipped, but that doesn't mean that you have to keep the book. I have provided below a list of guidelines to return your book for a full refund.  Sorry for the inconvenience. 

*****  This email was sent and received on Tuesday August 7th at 11:05am stating that the order had ALREADY shipped and couldn't be cancelled.  Imagine my suprise when at 6:44pm on Wednesday August 8th I received an email that it had just shipped.  The tracking info from UPS shows it was picked up from them on Wednesday.  Not only are they liars but now I consider them thieves.

STAY AWAY from them.  You WILL be screwed over.
