I ordered an address-password logbook, my order was accepted and fully processed with an email from the seller to me confirming my order with shipping date included. Three days later, I recieved an email from "extremelyreliable" that they were sending my order to me. One month later, I had not recieved my order, I contacted the original sellers, ecampus.com, inquired about the delay in my order by email. The next day, I recieved an email from ecampus.com that they did not handled my order, that another seller had sent me my order, they instructed me to access my account at ecampus and review my order and beneath the name of my book would be the name of the actual seller, click the contact link and submit message regarding my order. This I did, the next day I recieved an email from my website email service informing me that they could not send my email to surplied contact link because there was no such address. I searched google for "extremelyreliable" address and turns out that "extremelyreliable" is a term applied to 4 different book sellers, there is no such "extremelyreliable" entity, therefore, the original sellers of my order, ecampus.com, have entered a non-existant book seller and now I have no way of recieving my logbook and no means of refund.
