ECCPP Unknown sells on Amazon.com BAD DEFECTIVE ATV VOLTAGE REGULATOR,REALLY CHEAP ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED UNKNOWN Internet
PURCHASED A VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR A ARCTIC CAT ATV.IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE AN EXACT OEM REPLACEMENT.I WAS DOING A REPAIR FOR A DISABLED VETERAN SO HE WOULD BEABLE TO GO HUNTING.I PURCHASED IT ON AMAZON.COM.THE COMPANY THAT SOLD IT IS (ECCPP) THIER ADDRESS ETC IS HIDDEN SINCE THEY SELL ON AMAZON.COM.THE REGULATOR WAS SUCH A CHEAP COPY OR DEFECTIVE THAT IT SET THE ATV ON FIRE MELTING WIRES AND DOING OTHER ELECTRICAL DAMAGE.I CONTACTED THEM HOPING THAT THEY WOULD MAKE GOOD ON THE DAMAGE THIER DEFECTIVE ITEM CAUSED.BUT LIKE MOST INTERNET COMPANYS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER.SO TODAY I'AM FILING A SUIT AGAINST THEM AND AMAZON.COM TO SEE IF THE COURTS CAN HELP WITH THIS PROBLEM.i TOLD THEM I'AM NOT A BACKYARD MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC.I HAVE BEEN WORKING ON ATV'S AND MOTORCYCLES FOR OVER 40 YEARS AND NEVER SEEN SUCH A DEFECTIVE PART DO THIS MUCH DAMAGE IN JUST A FEW MINTUES.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY BUY ANY SUCH ELECTRICAL PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY SINCE IT APPEARS THEY SELL JUST CHEAP CHINESE COPYS.

I will have to state that the item this company sold was a sub stantrd item,that caused sever electrical damgage to the atv I was working for a disabled Verteran.This company ECCPP did step up to the plate and maade a 50% refund to repaire the damages thier item caused.Not a complete repaire but they did care enough to help out with thew repairs.That is mor than most insternet companys do these day.So I would have to give them a good rating for thier customeer serice,so I thank them for helping out a Verteran who likes to hunt and his atv is the only way he can.So Thank You ECCPP
