Eckerd Coupon ripoff Bergenfield New Jersey
I recieved a coupon bood from Eckerds with my weekly newspaper. Upon going to the store to buy the OUTDOOR DECOR garden statues Or MEDAL DECOR I was told that the coupon for $7.99 could not be honored for the Medal decor product I had choose as the reg.priced was $15.99 and the coupon stated between $9.99 to $12.99. there was a photo next to the coupon which showed the product I wanted to purchase.
Upon speaking with the Manager Vince Buba he inform me that even though that was a picture of the item it might have been a smaller one. I asked to see the smaller one and he did not have it. When checking to see the other item in the photo he also informed me that they might have been smaller versions also but he did not know. He refused to honor the coupon even though it clearly showed the item I wanted in the photo.
I think that this is a very deceptive practice & do not believe there was a smaller version of this prouct or other two products shown
