Eckerds Drugs not worth the trip. Tallahassee Florida
I can't believe Eckerds. 3 times I've gone to the same store and 3 times they have screwed it up. This last time was when I went to the Drive Thru. 3 Lanes 1 on the left for Pickup and 2 on the right for Drop Off. I wait 30 minutes to get to the pickup and 2 minutes before I get there a Mustang pulls up with 4 Blacks in the drop off window and says they want to pick up a Call IN Prescription. The Gentleman (& I use that term loosely) behind the counter who is also black serves them and when I asked why he is giving a prescription in the drop off line he said they got there first. I said had he been looking out the window in the mirror he would have seen me and 3 other cars there for 30 minutes before and that since I had been told that the 2 other lanes were drop off and made to go around then why shouldn't they? He waived his hand like he couldnt be bothered and walked off. I rang the bell anouther 2 times he came back and said what did I want and I told him I would like to pick up my prescription. I gave him my credit card and about 5 minutes later he returned with my prescription and said sign the receipt. Again I asked him why he served them ahead of me and the answer was none of my business, and he left the window. This is not good customer service. I feel this stinks and am transfering my meds somewhere else.... Same old song and dance just a new company.. They won't get my business anymore..
