Eco Quest Manufacturing Inc I never received product but they charged me anyway. Greeneville Tennessee
I was looking for an on-line business to start along with my new career of becoming a respiratory therapist. Air purification seemed logical.
I was called by a representative from Eco-Quest. He called me several times a day until I finally said O.K. send me an air purifier to look at. When I found out how much they were I kind of thought to myself "Wow, thats pretty expensive". I did not think anyone in the town I lived in would be able to afford something so expensive, especially when you could get an air purifier for alot less thru other stores. I asked people that I worked with if they thought I could sell the product. The consensus was that it was too expensive. So, I emailed the representative who sold me the air purification system to let him know that I did not want the product because I didn't feel that I could sell it in the town I lived in-it was just too expensive. So the representative that used to call me several times a day, dropped off the face of the earth. He never returned my calls or answered my e-mails. I did not pick the air purifier up from the post office so that it would get sent back to the person who sent it.
I figured I was in the clear. No air purifier, no deductions out of my account the first month. Then, Best Finance started taking the money out of my account. They drained my account for half the money and I closed the account so they could not take the rest out for a product I did not receive.
I still have never heard from the representative from Eco-Quest and have been turned over to collections for the rest of the amount still owing on a product that I NEVER received.
I am furious that after two years, I still do not have the money they took from my account and the fact that a collection from Best is listed on my credit report.
Where do we go from here?
