I am super pissed with this company! I wanted to trade-in my Samsung Galaxy S4, so I contacted this company for an initial assessment. During the assessment I was told that I would get $150, but after I sent my phone to them, they totally went back on their words.

I understand that they have to inspect my phone before giving me a final quote, but bringing the quote down to $75 from $150? How is that even fair? What is more frustrating is the fact that they just gave me three days to get back to them to accept or reject their new offer.

During this time, of course, you can’t get hold of anyone in their customer service department quick enough because you have to sit through their bizarre hold time of 40 minutes or so. I felt like I was being forced to accept $75, because it was either that or nothing at all.
