Ed Nash World .com return policiy unfair - 10 day return period or you do not get your money back only "store credit" Elizabeth, New Jersey

Ordered an LCD TV from this site back on July 19, 2010. After we received the TV on September 2, 2010 we discovered the item was NOT new but an obviously used set so we returned it. Note that we received the TV almost 6 weeks after order )we received a phone call regarding shipment on Sept 1, 2010 telling us the item had shipped).
After getting a return authorization on Sept 23, 2010 we sent the TV out via the same carrier we received it from (Pilot Freight Services) and it was received by Ed Nash World on Oct 12, 2010 and NOBODY from Ed Nash World called, emailed or sent a letter to let us know it was received and that our return was being handled (I called the freight company and they sent me a confirmation).
After that I called Ed Nash World a total of 12 times and was placed on hold each one of those calls over 5 minutes which is completely unacceptable, I hung up each time. The phone was answered finally in January 2011 by Henry and I asked why no credit appeared on our credit card statement - Henry said he would look into it.
Four phone calls later and into March of 2011, I was finally told by a representative of Ed Nash World that we have a "store credit" on file with Ed Nash World. Again - unacceptable.
Their 10 day return policy is pointless when they did not even get the item shipped to their customer until over a month after the order was placed. In addition they send out used goods and do not say this in their online descriptions of the items - no where in this prodcut decsription did it say we purchased a used unit (if you look at the photo, this set was obviouly used). I highly recomend you DO NOT do any business with them.
