Eden Housing Ltd. Mismanaging the projects due to fraudulent ambitions Lahore Pakistan
I know this builder since 1995. Old name of the company was well-known as Developers' Group. Their reputation was so good that attracted more oversees Pakistanis. I decided to purchase a small villa in Eden Lane villas-2, keeping in mind of their history. I didn't think I am going to make a false mistake.
Now days, Developers' Group is transformed into Eden Housing Ltd. This company is launching housing projects one after one and leaving their ongoing projects uncompleted.
Most of their customers' are oversees Pakistanis. They were invested their money as secure investment keeping in mind of their history. They are mismanaging the projects and delaying them deliberately. They are demanding only installments and launching new projects.
This company promised me to deliver my villa in Eden Lane villas in Jan, 2009. But they finished only structural works. All other projects like this. We find every few months a new project launched by that builder. No government official is asking them.
They are cheating innocent people. They ruined their reputation. They actually are mismanaging the projects.
I request their effected customers to launch as campaign against them. I request the effecters' to write letters to chief justice of Pakistan, prime minister, chief minister of Punjab, print media and electronic media. We must launch unified campaign against the fraudulent ambitions portrayed by this developer.
I again request the effectors' of this company must strive for the security of their rights.
