I bought a brand new fully loaded 2011 BMW M3 cabriolet back in November of 2010 from Edmonton BMW and I have had nothing but issues around what was sold, leasing and servicing of this vehicle. I am now servicing this brand new M3 at Bavaria of Edmonton who do a great job in all areas. I had a BMW convertible before this M3 I had bought from Bavaria and owned for many years and I never had any issues whatsoever as I am having with Edmonton BMW now. These issues have dragged on for quite some time now without coming to an adequate solution to all parties involved. I have tried to work with Edmonton BMWs management team for months now but they are uncooperative and unfit to be working in these roles. I have many emails to prove their incompetence in business practices and lack of client appreciation. I recently found out the salesperson who sold me the car has quit Edmonton BMW; I am not surprised in the least to become aware of this.
I have escalated my issues to BMW Canada and have advised BMW A.Gs executive leadership team to take appropriate action against this car retailer, my recommendation i made was to have thier BMW license pulled, as I have tried with BMW Canada to no avail with issues around sales, leasing and service provided by Edmonton BMW. I am not the only one here in Edmonton that feels this way about this questionable dealership. The only value add I am going to receive from these people is the hope that my horrible experience with this retailer will educate these resources on how bad they compare to other car dealerships both new and used. I also filed a better business bureau (BBB) complaint against this car dealership, which Edmonton BMW has simply ignored.
They have a rating of F with the BBB. The case complaint number is 1640397. Edmonton BMW should not be allowed to carry the BMW logo. They are an embarrassment to the brand.
