I apllied for cash loan 2 weeks ago and then today when I went on the internet to check our account the amount of 159.95 was taken out, we did not authorize this, so I called my bank and they told me that I would have to file a dispute and then they could proceed with the process so that is what we are doing filing a dispute. But what can I do we contacted them several times and no answer and have e-mailed them but have not gotten a response, let me know what I can do other than that???

I contacted them today and they told me that since the 3 days have lasped, they will not refund my money they will stop the mailing of the card but I will not see my money, since it was on the 17th that I placed the order it is funny they waited 3 days to take the money out then when you notice they say it has been more than three days there is something wrong with that if they do that, its as if they know to wait the 3 days and then take it out so then you can't argue, anyway I told them I was going to call the police and take whatever measures neccessary and I did not get a respone back, what a shocker!!!! I contacted my bank and they said to file a dispute and then they would take action.
