To the employee that gave out an extension....that does not work. I called this company every hour on the hour for two days. Each time, I was on hold for about 20 minutes, then it told me to try the website for assistance and hung up. At one point, I tried that extension and the automated system says that the extension is not valid. I will be filing my own report shortly with my experience. It is not good so far.

I understand your faustration but if 159.00 was taken out of your account, please excuse me but the purchase price for one of our on line products is 159.95. If you were charged 159.00 that sounds like it may be one of our affiliates that we support. If you are trying to contact our office please try between 8:30 - 5:00pm EST. If someone is available your call will be answered if you are put on hold and you choose not to hold hang up and dial again but this time try exit 141. I know for a fact if shes not on the phone or away from her desk she will answer the phone and try to transfer you to a live person so they can assist you in getting the matter resolved.
