Avoid this outdated and extremely uneducated facility. I was quoted a price for co-pays that were higher than the contracted rate my insurance was going to pay. I paid them for several visits. I got the explanation of benefits from my insurance company showing that I did not have to a pay a dime, I took this in to them. I spoke with Caroline Wong and she said that they stand by their price and did not have their copy of the explanation of benefits, so she would have to call me once they got the EOB. That call never came. Then she preceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for my next office copay. I told her no I would not, and then she told me I would not be seen. I told her that I wanted a refund of my copays, she said she would get on that once the insurance gave them the same information I was giving her. Nicole Ayub came out of her office to see what all the commotion was about and did not help matters at all. She is your preverbial dumb blonde, she told me they do not issue refunds off of what I gave her. She told me the insurance was wrong on how they paid and that she will get them to correct it. Yo blondie, you know nothing about insurance, so shut your mouth. That was two months ago and I still do not have my refund. I over paid by nearly $500 due to thier greed and ignorance.

The facility is so outdated. They are using equipment from the 1980's and the equipment is dirty. I over heard the physical therapists telling another patient not to use the ice, since the owner puts draino in the ice machine. Is that even legal? In a medical facility? This place is so outdated, that they do everything by pen and paper, even the appointment book. They need to repaint the walls from a puke pink to something that is comfortable for the the patients to have to endure and clean the carpets from time to time, and how about cleaning the toilets in the bathrooms. The yellow ring is distrubing.

The physical therapists are great when they are tuned in, but my experience was that the physical therapist I had was constantly walking around to their work station to text their mate. I was out of their line of sight. They would read the texts out allowed and talk about their plans with the other therapists. I even saw the other therapist leave an elderly person with a walker alone on the therapy table. What would happen if that poor person fell off the table and broke their hip. I did get good care, just was worried by what I was seeing. My issue was with the incompetent office staff. I would not recommend this place to even a dog.
