I placed an order for $27.99 with incenseamazon.com on 8/3/16. I got a confirmation email shortly afterwards & the money was taken off of my debit card. The email promised a follow up email when my package shipped but I never got that email. I sent MULTIPLE emails & called the listed 800 number many times. It prompts you to press zero to speak to a representative, but no one ever answers. You hear generic hold music then are told to leave a message which no one ever returns.
