Effort trust at 60 jerome cres is a slum ran building, with landlords who don't care about the condition of the building. They ficonstanly make accusations and threats to tennants. If you need somethng fixed good luck, their excuse is they have to much to do. There are 5 people who work in the building, yet when work does get done it is by outside contractors who don't know what they are doing.
The carpets in the hallways are all torn and ratted, painting hasn't been done in years and they call these buildings luxury condo's. lol I have had many problems with them and filed the paperwork to go to court. They came up with all these promises and didn't follow through on any. I suggest you continue to look for other places as these slum lords will do nothing for their tennants.
