Operates under multiple names in SoCal, now in San Francisco. Lures young girls to photography "workshops" with promises of hundreds of dollars. These workshops are for perverted guys with cameras, not real photographers, who are there only to take indecent photos of young girls. The girls get paid nothing at the event, they only get paid if they do a "private shoot" with a photographer afterwards. You see where this is going.

Every few years I wake up to the surprise that a complaint has been filed here on the Rip-Off Report. The last time, several years ago, it was a model who had attended an event, was paid by a photographer and then signed a release for the photos she had been paid to take. She was angry and was complaining because she discovered the photos had been posted online, despite the fact that she admitted signing a release.

As always, she had also tried to turn her complaint, no matter how unfounded, into a sex scandal.Unfortunately, I am not alone. If you search the pages of the Rip-Off Report, you will see the names of many, well known and respected photographers on the receiving end of the same kinds of tawdry accusations that you see here.

It is a sad commentary on the Internet. In the past, if you had a complaint with a photographer, youd contact him and, as a good businessman, he would try to work things out.In todays world, you go online and accuse everyone of being perverts.

Thisexplains why there are so many frustrated threads by photographers and models alikeon sites like Model Mayhem. It also explains why the major industry sites dont allow outing or these kinds of discussions. They never turn out well for anyone or, for that matter, any of us in the business. It reflects badly upon us all. Italso makes the original poster look bad. This complaint certainly isnt flattering to Michele, who is obviously known by the twenty-five people who met her at the event.

It is incredibly difficult to prove that you didnt do something, so I am simply not going to try.Id like to think that I am above the kind of nonsense of this complaint.I am an open book. You can read the positive comments about us all over the Internet. You can see examples of my work everywhere.Attendees of our events proudly post the shots they have taken at my shoots.

Ill rely upon my reputation and the fact that Ive been doing this successfully for nearly ten years, long before it became an Internet craze. I've been a photographer much longer. Id like to believe in my heart that most people who see this will find these kinds of complaints to be offensive.Legitimate complaints are always welcome because knowing about them allows me to improve my business. There is no place for false accusations cloaked in sexual innuendo.

I find this report to be highly dubious as I have been attending EI Total Production events since 2003 and have never seen this type of problem. Im not a professional photographer but would consider myself to be a serious amateur and a real photographer, certainly not a pervert. Im shot everyone from beginning models to ladies who were Playboy and Penthouse centerfolds and have never had any complaints. Here are comments from some of the models Ive worked with:

Loved the pictures. Its always fun shooting with you.

It was awesome working with you.

Was wonderful shooting with ya on Sunday! Thank you for everything.

You're the best! Working with you was so fun. Thanks for everything.

You made me look so pretty.

You make it easy to work with you because you make me feel so comfortable.

Not exactly the work of a pervert. In fact, at the events hosted by EI Total Productions professional behavior is required from all photographers. Those who dont comply are removed from the studio and banned from future events.

Im not sure what this person was implying about the private shoots. Every model sets her own limits about what she wants to shoot at glamour events: lingerie only, implied nudity or full nudity. Each girl is also free to set her own individual rates to do a 1-on-1 shoot with photographers after the group shooting event on one of the multiple studio sets. These shoots are only private in the sense that the model is working with a single photographer, not that they are conducted behind close doors. The models negotiate with, and are paid directly by, each individual photographer.

EI Total Productions events are a true win-win. Photographers get the chance to shoot a group of models at a very affordable price and hone their shooting skills in a professional studio, and models have the opportunity to do make contact with dozens of photographers to book future photo shoots as well as earn from $50 to $100 an hour or more for 1-on-1 shoots at the event.

But I've attached some pictures from EITP events to let readers decide if they're indecent and the work of pervert.
