Dear Roger and current management of Eimports4less,

On Friday Sept 5, 2014 I purchased a 2006 Nissan Xterra from you for $88266.96 plus tax and your pack and doc fees of $217.00 for a total of $9573.58.  On Saturday I noticed the transmission slipping once as I pulled out from a traffic light. On Sunday only two days after the purchase,  while driving on York road in Warminster, the vehicle was unable to move under its own power and the Transmission catastrophically  failed.  I left Roger a voicemail of the chain of events on Sunday as well as the fact I had to have it towed to a repair location. I was unable to rent a car on Sunday locally so therefor do not have any means of transportation.  I called on Monday Sept 8th and spoke with Roger to see what his plans were to process a full refund or repair the vehicle ( Approximately $4500-$5000) required . After not hearing from anyone I called back to speak to Roger and he said that his company (Manager George Lekas)  sold me the car "As Is" and I was on my own.  I have spoken with three repair shops and they stated that the type of failure that occurred does not just happen it would have been very noticeable to the dealers technician and the previous owner who traded in the car. They have suggested definite legal action as well as contacting the Pennsylvania state dealers board and local news media in Philadelphia. This is the type of deliberate fraud the the media will have a "hay day' with and I intend to sue for a full refund, cost of all my repairs and towing along with other damages. I want to give your dealership until 6:00pm this evening to take care of this complaint of selling me a known defective vehicle and refund my purchase in full. I have also advised American Express to dispute $1000.00 of the purchase on there card and not pay  eimports any proceeds until this legal case is settled.  Thank you in advance for reconsidering your decision to settle this  correctly.

Bottom line, I thought these people were reputable and they sent me out the door knowing this car had major defects and $4500 to $5000  in a transmission replacement was required. I drove this car less than 50 miles from the dealership before it failed .   Roger looked me straight in my eyes and lied like a classic slimy salesman.  This man will do anything or say anything to sell a car. There are far better reliable places all around us to make such a big investment. I sure learned my lesson and hope it helps everyone in the future!.
