Recently I purchased some bitcoin through Einstein exchange. Not some but over 100k worth. I had to buy some equipment for a mine with the btc. They would not withdraw my bitcoin. I called and complained even went down in person. It took over 3 days to withdraw my btc. I sort of understand if it was fiat i'm withdrawing but bitcoin no. The price dropped over 10 percent within those few days and I lost around 17-18 grand. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do they use there clients funds? Did they get hacked and shutdown there wallets. i have no idea but they won't explain.

What's even worse is my friend is now trying to get over 20 btc off of Einstein. Guess what it's been 3 days and nothing. I'm not usually one to complain but if this was a non crypto regulated exchange I would sue them. I am not the only one who has had problems with Einstein as there are many threads. I am never using Einstein again and I hope everyone who uses them joins me. There business practices are shady at best!

This is clearly a misrepresentation and considered as fraud and also it is obvious that the person who has replied here is one of your owners as your reply here is the same exact copy/paste from the answer i've recieved from you guys through your support ticket.

I am sure you guys evenatully will get caught and will go out of business very soon. None of the exchanges in Canada has two media publishing reports on them except you thives. I do whatever i can do to get my money back and your lawyer cannot even clean up after your s**t this time. Just get ready for a huge law suit coming your way soon.

You demonstrate that you have not much knowledge of cryptocurrency. Even though crypto currency seems to be a legitimate way for financial transaction, the down sides are 1) volatility and 2) transaction time.

The price of any cryptocurrencies is alway fluctuated because none of them is regulated. As a result, there is no control over the price, and the price can be fluctuated every minute. If you try to sue any cryptocurrency company over this matter, be my guest. You will lose. Also, any attorney that accept your case would be a shady attorney.

The transaction time is involved the process of changing hand (wallet). The process is NOT THE SAME as bank or cash transaction. It has to go through certain length of time and broadcasting in order to verify the transaction and connect the chain. There are millions of transaction going through a day and there are algorithms to accept/reject/queue transactions in order to keep all the chains. As a result, there is no magic and the time could takes up to 5 days. Your 3-day processing time is not uncommon at all but rather quite fast.

For whatever reason you need to convert and use cryptocurrency to pay for anything, please keep in mind of what I mentioned above. To me, I will never want to deal with anyone financially if the person wants the payment in cryptocurrency.
