Elby Franklin Lilly Jr. Is a major DEAD BEAT FATHER. He does not deserve the pleasure of being called a dad. Like the old saying goes "Any man can be a father but it takes someone very special to be a dad"
This man has 2 girls by one woman which he left the kids at ages 2 and 3. He has not seen them since and never paid support.
He has a son and a daughter by another woman and has seen them 3 times since they were 3 months and 1 year (After the mother tracked him down and left messages with his employer).
Now he has a little girl by another woman luckily they are still together for now.
For the son and daughter he is over $8000.00 behind in childsupport. Has not paid since 9-13-2004 and only paid for 4 months before then. Has not seen the kids in over a year and has not talked to them since 2-2005 (the kids had to call him).
He had his phone number changed so the kids could not call him. He works under the table for cash so DCSE (Divison Of Childsupport Enforcement)can't find him.
WATCH OUT FOR THIS MAN! DO NOT HAVE A KID WITH HIM BECAUSE HE WILL NOT HELP SUPPORT IT AND HE WILL RUN WHEN DCSE FINDS HIM!!!!
