On January 2011, a home located in Phoenix, AZ, was bought from seller Eleazar L. Serrano, for an amount of $70,500.00, which was paid to seller. A quit claim was signed and notarized by seller stating that he sold the property to us. Eleazar L. Serrano,also know as ELS Investment LLC, has committed "Fraud", he has sold us a home, which he has taken out addition loans for from a company name NextFunding LLC.

On January 2011, a home located in Phoenix, AZ, was bought from seller Eleazar L. Serrano, for an amount of $70,500.00, which was paid to seller. A quit claim was signed and notarized by seller stating that he sold the property to us. Eleazar L. Serrano,also know as ELS Investment LLC, has committed "Fraud", he has sold us a home, which he has taken out addition loans for from a company name NextFunding LLC.
