elec-brand.com this website is lie to customer, they got your money, but they never ship items out. Beijing City Internet
This is Website is lie to customer, every thing they said not true. I bought 2 items at 2 week ago. when i bougt, i ask them how long they will ship out items, and how long i will receive its. they said: they will ship out rightaway after my payment clear, and i will receive it in 4 to 6 day: i paid $840 for its, and my payment clear rightaway. But i am waitting 2 weeks, they still not ship it out yet. The fisrt time they said: waitting my holidays. After holiday finished, they said: waitting for custom, after afew days waitting for custom, they said: my items is damaged, waitting for them change new items. I am waitting 4 days for them change new items, i ask them again, now they said: i need to pay $400USA for tax. I dont believe them, i can not send more money for them when they keep said i need to wait. I dont know why i bought the items only $840 but i need to pay $400 for tax. I bought alot item from China, but i never see i need to pay for tax. And also, the seller they need to tell me i need pay tax when i buy it. This seller is waitting 2 weeks later, then they said i need pay $400 for tax. If i dont pay tax, they will not ship items for me. Also, I cant get money back. They said " they can not refund for me if i dont pay them $400 for tax. I dont understand why i need to pay $400 for tax to get refund??? What can i do to get my money back. i dont believe them, I can not send more money to them.
