Customer purchased the Mouse and says it is not working, Our policy is to have the customer return the defective item to us and then once we verify that it is defective we will refund her in full or we will send her another one out. However she refuses to return it.
We suggested to contact the manufacturer as they might be able to help her with any technical issues. We apologize if you were offended by that suggestion
