I had recieved a letter of an award claim notification from Elgordo Loteria Primitive. It states that I have won 615,810 that comes from a letter to be shared among 17 International winners.

The Letter is headed at the top in Black Bold writing Re: Award Claim Final Notification. It states in the letter I received, that the Elgordo sweepstake Lottery programme was held on 27 April 2007 and the result came out on 14 May 2007 by 11.45am.

It also states that my name is attached to ticket number 025-11-464-992-12670 with serial number 2113-05 drew the lucky numbers 13-15-16-21-34-36 which consequently won the lottery. Telling me that I have been approved for lump sum payout of 615,810 in cash credited to file with Ref. No. eg/2551256003/01 and batch No. 000750013. this is from a total cash prize of 10,468,770 which is to be shared among 17 International winners.

The letter goes saying all kind of things of how I am to claim the prize fun etc. I am to contact Daniel Carlos the foreign service Manager of the Santa Lucia Security Company SA. Tel: - 0034-692-321-073 & Fax: - 0034-911-412-935 for processing and remittance of your winning prize money to a designate account of your choice.

Then the letter states that I must remember that all prize money must be claimed no later than Friday 22 June 2007. No web address was stated. Then at the bottom of the letter in small print it asking me to send off the enclosed Lottery Payments Processing Form with this letter as soon as possible.

And at the bottom of the letter it is congratulating me on my win! Its is signed at the bottom of the letter with the name, Antonio Gomez, Vice President. The Letter Looks Very Fake, so I thought I would investigate a little further myself and report it so others dont get conned in this scam. It seemed a little too good to be true and it actually is a total scam. How they got my personnel details I do not know!!

I am asking anyone or someone to investigate this further as I will be taking this letter to the Police and reporting it there for them to take action. People like this should not be allowed to do things like this to rip people off.
