Elisa Dasibva I was going to take the offer of debt solution, but after checking on CWDSI and read all the bad reports, I called t he following day and told them I opted out of the deal, by sending a fax, as I did. Boynton Beach, Florida
I was contacted by CWDSI Aug 4th since I inquired on the internet about consolidating my credit card debts, and they were the first to call me.
I talked to Elisa a good bit and was incouraged and gave him a lot of information about my debts. He took it that I would use them right away and insisted on me signing an agreement, which I did, but I was given 3 days to cancel or opt out the the contract. I done some futher checking on the company and decided the next day to opt out of the deal. I called the office and was informed that all I need to do was fax a letter stating my desires to opt out, which I did and have a copy of the letter sent by fax.
I was under the understanding that all was taken care Aug 5th, but when I got my monthly statement from my bank, CWDSI had drafted my account for $500.00. I called and was told I would get my money refunded within 2 to 3 weeks, I haven't received one any of the money and they drafted another $258.00 on Oct 1st from my checking accoount even though I told them not to take another cent from me.
At this point they owe me a refund of $758.00 dollars, this has caused my other checks for bills to be sent back to me with NSF, and I am having to pay the additional $35.00 for them returning my 3 checks and they would owe me the additional amountof $105.00 for the NSF returned checks.
I feel they are taking advantage of a Senior Citizen to see how much they can scam out of me.
I am writing this to help other people know about the company. If anything can be done about this it will surprise me. But help.
