WISH I HAD FOUND MORE REVIEWS BEFORE PAYING THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY 25K!

I met with Claudia Duran and she sold me by showing FAKE profiles of women I never met!

Stay away from this company and save yourself some time and money. They are unethical to the core. Shame on them for misleading people.

The TRUTH about ELITE CONNECTIONS and high-end matchmaking:

Truth be told, this is a difficult business and working for Sherri was the most stressful job I ever had! I worked from her home in the same small room next to Veronica. It was highly stressful. Sherri is such a disorganized person and there was daily confusion. The reality is, the vast majority of the women are not met in person since they join for free. The women are not properly vetted. I worked for Sherri as her assistant, and then became a matchmaker. I shared a small room with Veronica and it was difficult because we were always on the phone or skype. I can honestly say that the positive reviews on Google are FAKE. Sherri asked her employees and friends to leave a review on Google and Yelp.

The clients were not happy and the job became too stressful so I resigned. The end was when Sherri yelled in my face. She is a very disrespectful person. 

The reviews are FAKE! The attractive womens profiles are FAKE! She has false reviews on Google so that her ad will appear. Then when there is a complaint, she always says that it is a fake complaint. Like Trump= Fake News!  Sherri= Fake Reviews when THEY ARE TRUE! She is not running the company with any integrity. I resigned after feeling the stress and she yelled in my face one day so I knew it was time for me to go. I really dislike that she has requested from many people to leave fake reviews.

The biggest problem is that she will take on any and every client that wants to join, regardless of whether she can actually match them with someone. Then she had me and the other assistant doing the matching. The men would get very angry with us on the phone. They were so unhappy with the matches. There is a large database of women ONLY in Southern California, that is it. New York is small and the other areas she claims to do business is basically obsolete!  

Sherri has a hard time keeping matchmakers working for her. She hires women with no experience. Tammi Pickle (her daughter) works part-time and does not match people successfully at all. 

The website is misleading in every way!  The images are ALL STOCK. She hired a company to do all the content and none of this came from Sherri. There is no office in Paris and she lists many cities in the US where she has no offices. Her entire orgnization is a SCAM. So all of the reviews you find on various sites are negative. Most people just walk away and want to forget the bad experience they had.

The only reason there is any type of publicity; whether it be Dr Phil or another show is due to the fascination of this industry.  Truth is, if someone like myself would go on this show and reveal the truth about Elite Connections (insider information), I think they would close their doors! There are a lot of angry consumers out there due to being scammed.

I wasted THOUSANDS of dollars on this company. Every female that I was matched too was as disgruntled with Elite Connections as I was. I joined a year ago and I would not ask anyone that I met here, out on a second date. The sales pitch sounded great, in reality, far off the mark of what they promised. The women sent to me were not in shape, older than advertised, and it felt as though no time or care was put into the matching process whatsoever. I am not going to sue, I'm just going to chalk it up as an expensive lesson. Hope this helps others find a better run agency.

The reviews stating that Elite Connections is a scam are exactly right. I was recruited and not charged and told not to tell my dates that I was not a paying customer. (Apparently I have the profile they were looking for - an attorney, etc). The women they provided actually were quality people but they were being misled and defrauded, because Elite was telling them that I and others they met had paid the same multi-thousand dollar fee. I actually reported Elite to the FBI.

 I think you might be a competitor as you did not respond to my rebuttal last time. If you truly were a client please call me at 800-923-4200. We do everything in our power to make people happy. Most people love working with Eileen and resign with her all the time but I’m happy to help you myself. We pay rent at 555 Madison and have for a long time. We are not there full time because like our San Diego matchmaker Eileen chooses to work from home and likes to meet people near where she lives. She certainly could meet at our Madison office if she wanted to. We’ve been in business 24 years and are a legitimate business. We have never had an office on Beverly Drive. That is another matchmaking company that uses part of our name. We have had our 9701 Wilshire office for over 7 years and I meet people there all the time. Sherri

​I joined the service because when I met with the Matchmaker she was very classy. Unfortunately, she was not the one matching me and the women that I met were nothing like I described I was looking for.They did not meet my criteria. In fact, it seems the owner, Sherry Murphy, let's all the women and for free and does not screen them properly. I went out on several dates and it was a horrible​ experience. The women were all gold diggers.

In addition, the women did not look like the images presented on their profile. I did request a refund and the owner declined. She was also very rude on the phone when I spoke with her.

You say you signed up with us but I think you just filled out a form for information. If you didn't pay and join with us how did we rip you off? If you are truly a client please contact me at the email or number below, I want to understand what you are upset about and help you. Just because you fill out the online form does not mean you are a client. It's not online dating. We meet everyone face to face. 

I find it odd that a few days after this was posted I received an email from someone warning me I had a bad review. Then a few days later another email from a company wanting money to clean up the problem with the Rip Off Report and they send a copy of this link. 

I've worked under the name Elite Connections for at least 23 years. I didn't get this far in business by lying to people. We have been paying rent at 555 Madison Ave. for years and I'm happy to show anyone a receipt. We are on the directory and the office is on the 5th floor. We simply use the office to meet people. People in LA want to meet us at the office so I have a full time space there. I still work from home a lot but meet people at the office in LA. New Yorkers like to meet at the closest convenient place as they are all walking. Our NY matchmaking likes working from home and likes to meet people for a glass of wine or lunch to get to know them. I can assure you she's not meeting anyone at Starbucks and would meet you at the office if you wanted to. It's not her style to meet for coffee. She has lived in NY all her life, has a family and is on the board of her children's school. She's not a crazy con artist. She has never quoted more than $25,000 for a VIP membership. We do not have a $300,000 fee you say she quoted and nothing that is over $100,000 (2 year International/US search) and never have had one.

Our answering service is over $350 a month and maybe someone might think that's a cheap service but I do not. We meet everyone by appointment only so no matter what office you want to meet at the answering service can't make the appointment, they simply take messages. 

We have a very private and professional agency and do not allow anyone to see our database. We meet people in person and if we feel they are a quality person we show them a couple profiles of current clients to see if we have the type of people they want to meet. No personal or contact information is shown. 

The address on Beverly Drive that's listed in this review is for a completely different company. You can Google the address to see that I'm telling the truth. The company associated with that address has a lot of bad reviews and has been entangled with us for years. They promised to take the word elite out of their name but never did. It's the 3rd or 4th name they have used. Now there is a new online dating site with elite in the name and we get calls daily from people complaining.
