Elite Farms Inc is a wholesale distributor that supplies product to retail stores and supply terminals. Avi Yusufov stated the following about his company, "we have been in the business for 11 years since 2007. And we provide the best customer service that we can to our customers and we service the best quality food."

Mr. Yusufov stated the following about the sales and services process of Elite Farms Inc, "we get different commodities at different seasons at different timing and whatever we receive at a certain time in a certain season we sell those special commodities to the retail stores. And I build a relationship for many years, so customers know what kind of product we have at a certain time of year. It is a lot of word of mouth for new customers. For example, you want cherries in the winter time there’s timing that California season the cherries are no longer there, but they are out there in the summertime but in the wintertime, you don’t have them unless you get them from overseas. So, it just depends we sell whenever stuff is in season.".

Mr. Yusufov was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Yusufov expressed that he has never received a complaint in his 11 years of business. This is du to his thorough customer service practices, "I would give them an adjustment if there are any issues...I would give them an adjustment, or they return the product within 24 hours. They get their money back."

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Yusufov expressed that the reports on Ripoff Report were false and created by a competitor.

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request for Ripoff Report, Mr. Yusufov stated, "if I have any problems they bring back the product and I give them reimbursement with their money back and if the quality isn’t there I either give them an adjustment you know I give them a cheaper price.
