Eliza Farrell Equestian LLC Eliza Farrell She was training a horse for our horse rescue and did not pay the board on the horse, which she was sent the money for. She cashed the checks and did not pay the board. Grove City, Ohio
Eliza Farrell agreed to train a horse for our rescue, Beyond The Roses Equine Rescue & Retirement. She was leasing stalls from a farm named Shady Acres, in Grove City, Ohio, where she kept her horses in training. Money was sent to her for the board of $350 per month for the horse for January, February and March, 2013. She cashed the checks but never paid the farm owner for the board. In order for us to get the horse, we now have to pay the board again to the farm owner.
