Complaint Review: Elizabeth Marie Ortman Doyle - Internet

Since day one that this woman found out I was seeing her husband she has been on a rampage of destruction and lies. During their divorce after being separated for almost 2 yrs with my husband having custody of his children she started in with her lies and evil. She sent in a false letter stating I was intoxicated while on the job, in return I was fired from my job. Though my employment stated that I was not intoxicated by any means the fact that she claimed I posted this on Facebook I was relieved of my job due to a Communications Policy. 

Shortly after that she threatened the people I was living with, with a lawsuit over an accident involving my husband and I's dog that bite one of the children. This resulted in me being homeless during the winter months. Where I was almost hospitalized with pneumonia. By the following year she had harassed me via Facebook. And then filed for her divorce and custody against my husband. During the beginning my husband had residential custody of the children with her only having a few hours a few days during the week and one weekend a month. The very second she realized she was about to lose her children she lied in court claiming my husband beat his children. And the judge immediately gave her residential before the investigation was done. He was found not guilty of any forms of abuse.  

Once this was done she went straight to Facebook claiming she had won sole custody of her children. Which was a lie they have 50-50 Legal Joint Custody. From there the text messages started about how she wanted money. Would stand before her own children and scream and yell that my husband was a dead beat. Flip him off right in front of her parents home and the children. She even ran my husband over and dragged him half under her van for 3 blocks in front of her 3 children and his oldest which has a different mother. 

The reason for their split in the beginning was my husbands oldest daughter (at the time 4yrs old) finally told her father that Beth had been abusing her! Placing her in a highchair, tape over her mouth while her younger sister and twin brothers were allowed to play on the floor and be free of restraints. From that moment she was thrown out of his parents house and moved into her parents where she still remains living off of the state of Illinois and my husbands paychecks.

We finally sold one of our vehicles and got a place where she tried to have me removed. Repeatedly withheld the children from the father, stalked our home and Facebooks. She even goes as far as to bash and trash talk us on Myspace and and any other website she can. Since she has had residential all 3 children are constantly ill, have had lice, hands foot and mouth disease as well as 1st degree burns, cuts, black eyes, bruises and more that all have been reported either by us or the hospitals to DCFS....with no results. 

 Then her daughter came home and stated that her mother Beth threatened to stab me to death in my own home. From there she was put into therapy and questioned about the event. She was found to be intelligent enough to understand fully what her mother had said. Her mother didnt show up for the first 6-7 months of her own daughters therapy sessions. From there she did finally start going only to be caught up in lie after lie. 

And now we are faced with a battle of her constant stalking, harassment and cyber bulling on Facebook. She repeatedly reports my page for no reason and now we are in a court battle over it all. She is now gone as far to say that I have been taking pornographic pictures of her daughter. She has been blocked from my page yet still manages to find her way in. As well as has a driving record that should have removed her license from her. Over 10 speeding tickets of 20 plus miles over the speed limit all while her children are in the car.  Driving on suspended, no insurance and more. 

Her children are being lied to and told that their father doesnt want them. When confronted about these things she blames her very own children. This last time she was confronted her daughter was in tears bawling that what she was told was the truth and the mother stood there yelling that she miss understood. All lies. This has been a battle for almost 3 yrs now and my family name has been put through enough. 

Even stranger still she waited one year after her divorce was finalized to change her last name to her now divorced name. She finally after 5 yrs of no employment got a job yet still collects over $600 in food stamps from the state....all while living for free with her parents. She shares a bedroom with her now 6 yr old daughter and allows her to watch True Blood. Which resulted in her daughter talking about inappropriate adult behavior. Once brought up in therapy she stated her daughter was not smart enough to figure out the remote that worked her DVR where she had hours of True Blood recorded. Even tried to say it was something we allowed her to watch here in our home. Yet we only have Disney movies and anything else that may be deemed not fit for children under 6 are out of reach and cant be watched. 

I have screenshots of everything I have claimed here. Worst yet is Facebook does nothing to stop her harassment towards US! There is no place even on Facebook to report or dispute any claims against you. So its a battle we continue to fight!
