1) How about those 10-13 stolen Dell Computers that where bought by your company a couple of weeks ago? No? "Oh Please!" you are smarter than that (at least I Hope so) wasn't Cindy fired for this reason?

Don't give me some bs about my grammar you egotistical Mr. "I get paid more than Tim Judd" (Tim Judd is the CEO of eLocal Listing LLC). You pathetic Two headed snake, the type of person who only pats your back seeking a place to stick the knife. People like yourself have no honor nor do i care to engage in a childish "I am smarter than you" scenario. Your best defense is a worthy opposition.

2) How about the person who was fired for allegedly selling the laptops directly to

Jeff Einstoss who may I add has a new Mercedes Benz and is currently Seeking a brand new Ferrari according to Ralph Clemens (This may not be his last name correctly spelled).

3) Why have you told your employees not to go to www.ripoffreport.com and search for your company elocal listing;

a. Because it makes the review more relevant to searches and creates more exposure?

b. You are attempting to hide the truth from your employee's, even though they are researching there own company "elocal listing" and finding out all your meetings and words of comfort to be a heaping pile of hyped bullsh!t.

4) You are illegally terminating employees to steal their stock back replacing them with minimum wage employees who inherit zero stock until there first year?

By the way have you mentioned to your employees that you may have a potential buyer in the next 1-2 months?

If so how is this? your company has yet to go threw Due Diligence and pass an Audit which should be a difficult feat considering all the pirated software and Documentation/Record Keeping problems your company seems to have. No? I have heard of customers who have been charged for 2 years and there page was never made or order processed due to simple pin entry issues. elocal should have notified each customer not just charge them blindly. Why has the labor board been around the office a lot lately?

If you're going to try and be honest, at least try it. To pretend to have character in order to make people believe you are the victim is laughable. The Reality is your customers are the real victims paying $79.00 up front for a task that takes only about 15 minutes for both yahoo and google and then charging them $89.00 a month after for not doing s**t on a monthly basis. That's very ethical, in fact it is as ethical as your profiles and the blackhat seo methodologies used by your engineers oh yes that's right BLACKHAT, challenge me on this I dare you, I will go over your entire coding structure and were the nofollow link referencing is going on, on top of the replication of links. Of the 185,000 links on your site about 183,000 of them are duplicates. If you think any different we can re-index your entire backend. Maybe you can sell customers a video, a video that looks half a$$ (Not the editing work itself, which is actually very good) and in most cases has nothing to do with the business type. Maybe you can tell them you got it from www.istockphoto.com and then simply added some text and your logo to brand it. Maybe you're telling your new clients they are going to be a part of www.locally.com which is third front to a new scam. Maybe you could tell them to go to https://www.google.com/local/add/ , simply register and fill out a 5 minute form. Once done they are now submitted to Google local. Maybe you could tell them to go to http://listings.local.yahoo.com/basic.php , simply register and fill out a 5 minute form. Once done they are now submitted to Yahoo local. How about the Philippines, Egypt and India or at least your paystubs show it, you see people like yourself are so inept in understanding that there is a force out there much more powerful than all the money in the world it's called Knowledge, GET SOME! 3) This website should be illegal. Biased opinions can hurt a company and not every loose cannon should be allowed to mudsling on a public forum.- elocal No, your pitiful rebuttals should be illegal. Sir you have no clue as to how this companies internal operations work. Kind of the blind leading the blind. My point in this is to ensure that potential customers of elocal listing think twice before utilizing their services. If this company can not treat its own employees within ethical and moral guidlines how in the heck will it benefit any customer to utilize the service. I would never pay for a service from a company who treats its long term, and standard employees (and original startup employees) in the maner elocal listing does. They use bullying tactics to force individuals into taking lesser positions (oh, and lesser pay of course) they dont want, they force employees to take steps backward after being promoted, all in the name of profitability. Discusting! This company forced its entire workforce to work last Friday with no pay, in the name of getting profitable (illegal folks). Now this did change due to so many complaints in which the company just closed its doors for the day but be assured there were hourly employees working under this "new policy" who werent being payed for the day which means they werent paying workmans comp benefits for the day (be glad noone got hurt elocal), state or federal taxes, unemployment insurance ect. This company is the most low down unethical company I have ever worked for. They use underhanded tactics to sell, they use underhanded tactics with Yahoo and Google to list (oh, to list yourself with Yahoo & Google is FREE, brilliant idea getting people to pay them monthly for a FREE product, honestly brilliant), which is why most of their customers get ripped down from the search engines regularly. These people have no business ethics, code of honor, values, or morals. They treat employees as though they are the lowest form of human on this planet, if you disagree with something or uncover something illegal you are terminated shortly there after. So Mike, I dont think you really have enough information about this company to make an educated statement on their behalf.

Unethical Mudsliging is a growing problem in America. Too often is one able to hide behind the rights of free speech when maliciously attacking another person or company. People often find anger within their own shortcomngs to fuel deliberate atacks in an attempt to dismantle others. One can only speculate that this was another dreaming ex-salesman who got the boot because their gutless effort was not good enough to make the roster. So often we see ex employees try to dismantle their employer with slimball tactics and goofy lies. Some funny things I wanted to at least question..... 1)You should be thankful he let you feel where the knife was going, a true businessman would have plenty of time to make a counter move.
