EmailDiscounts Or ESBI Emaildiscounts I was charged $14.95 per month without being notified of why I was being charged or what the charges were for. The charges were part of my AT&T phone bill Internet
For several months I noticed the phrase "enhanced services" on my phone bill from AT&T. I wondered what it was for but never inquired til Feb. of "08.
When I called the number provided, I found that because I had called today I could avail myself of the services provided by Email Discounts at "no charge" for the next year. Then I asked what kind of services were available and was informed that I would get discounts on any online purchases when using their service and that I already had $1,000 worth of coupons in my account. Until that moment, I did not know I even had an account.
I was given a website, a username, and a password to gain access to my account. Upon trying to find this website I was unable to do so. At no time in the past months do I recall ever having had the existance of this service, or receiving any explanations of the service until I called the company myself.
It sounds like a ripoff to me!
