Well I decided to file complaint with N.C. Atty Gen office on 1/10/05 was worth my while,Amaxingly Eddie(wont give last name) called and left a message on my answering machine to call 866-301-7260. Well I called and got an voice mail. So I looked on my caller ID and saw the NIUTECH # so I tried it 561-997-6404 and got another voice mail (since the elusive Eddie did not give his ext number and ext 100 was suppose to be customer servicethat is also anothe voice box) so I started just trying ext numbers FYI EXT 117 is Chris Petersen, Ext 118 is Steve Levin(attorney), Ext 119 Stacy Megan, Ext 120 is Jeff Love, Ext 122 is Amy, and all I got was each of their voice mailboxes but then I struk it EXT 115 JILLIAN a real person that was really pissed that I had got her on the phone telling me this was a private pho but she did reveal that she worked for NIUTECH. After a brief discussion with me asking for the elusive Eddie and her saying she didnt know Eddie we hung up. Well amazing about 2 min later Eddied called back. Eddie(wont give his last name)said he needed my email address to check my status...in about 2 seconds he said "yep you have completed and I will get you status changed and send the paperwork to ship the laptop." I did ask him why the company is so elusive not giving out info and not haveing people available to handle customer service calls...He said that people have to call the 866-301-7260 and leave their number and he calls them back. He said we get THOUSANDS of calls a day ( I bet that is right)and that is the way the company does it. He did tell me that I should get the computer within 4 weeks so I guess we will see and I will keep updating. It is worth filing the complaint with the NC Atty Gen office for sure at least you can have the opportunity to get the company to respond. Well just check email and LO AND BEHOLD an email from the company or a company or another ALIAS [email protected] Our records indicates that you are qualified for a Laptop. The Security Verification Process has now been waived, so you will not have to mail us your Gift Redemption Voucher. Also, a Shipping Request has now been issued. Please allow 3-4 weeks for the fulfillment center to assemble, package, and ship a gift after the Shipping Request has been sent. We appreciate your patience. Your gift should arrive soon. Thank you, Support So there you go!!! thats where I am with this company Will keep yall updated
