Won and paid for a sapphire ring on Aug. 15, 2004. Ttem received two weeks later. Gem in ring was scratched plated gold not stated in auction.
Sent 5 emails no response called 5 times to get it returned and a refund. Returned ring 3 weeks ago still no refund no response to 10 emails. Plus made me pay for shipping item that was shiped damaged
Wish they would get kicked off ebay but ebay will not do one d**n thing about it. They have over 300 negative feedback in one month. They have been reported to ebay countless times ebay does nothing.
