Emma Cimino Refused to satisfy promises made at beginning of lease. Ceiling Fan, Curtains/Blinds, Repair and Paint Decking. When attempting to request attention to property she will either ignore emails or monopolize phone conversations with her multitude of problems so you then become focused on ending the call. I am writing this report as a warning for other potential renters of her properties in Lake Arrowhead and Murrietta. She is unprofessional and morally challenged. We paid rent every month, however she is harrassing us about every little detail she can. She made promises at the beginning of our lease and has failed to fulfill any of them in over 14 months.

I had ashley forte and family as tenants.. not only did I have to call them every month for the rent, they bounced checks distroyed my house (I won a judgement for the damage) then when I evicted them and won a judgement they filed bankruptcy to get out of paying me..
I gave them 60 day notice when I had enough of chasing them around for the rent and bounced check..they would not move.. i had to pay 1000.00 for a lawyer .. it took them 4 more months to move..for her to report me as a bad landlord and lie about it apalls me..t
he house was completely remodled when I bought it and they we the first tenats.. they were truly the worst tenants I have had to deal with..DO NOT RENT TO THEM..
