Please be careful of this person. She is charging an outrageous fee for doing loan mods. A friends of mine said Chan asked her for $6000. She might have helped others, but not my friend.

The reason this is a hoax comments 200% inaccurate. I don't do loan modification, the attorney's I work for does it, represents the clients and goes to court for them. I just do clerical jobs, filing, schedule appointments. I don't collect any monies in my name since I don't own any company. I hold a few State licenses in the State of Nevada and other State. I have been in the business for lots of years with great reputation to have many high profile of good clientele. To keep this kind of licenses, you have to have a good moral, can be trusted, with great reputation. I want to know if who's the author of this report but please bring some facts to substantiate your claim of the $6000 from your friend.

I dont believe Emma Chan rip offs any one that I've seen. I've been her client for the last 10 years now and I referred her more than dozens of clients. Number 1. she does not do Loan modification. Emma Chan is very classy business woman with high integrity and respect. Emma Chan worked as Legal ASsistant with dozens of lawyers, doing Bancruptcy etc. you name it. As far as Loan modification, she does not do Loan modification, the attorney she works for does Loan modification.
The accusation of charging $6,000 is very false statement. All the clients i've referred to the firm was never charge that outrageous amount. I'm one of the client and I'm very happy with the result. This firm is very upfront, they do not guarantee anything, but they will tell you that they will do their best with professionalism and integrity. EVery time I go to their office they have high profiled clients who trust this firm and Emma Chan. This firm and Emma Chan have the compassion to service their clients with sincerity. They even pro bono a lot of their time just to help assist the clients.
Emma Chan will probably dont have the time to read this, as Emma Chan is a very busy business woman with thousands and thousands of clients I have seen her help. Of course they charge, there's no such thing as free, its a case by case basis. As long as the client is honest to the lawyer, it will be easier for the lawyer how to assist the clients with their case. But just becasue the client is not happy with the result, you can't blame it to the lawyer. But it seems like the $6,000 is exaggerated. The way I look at Emma Chan she a multi tasks, as owner of different businesses, dealing with high profiled clients. Who just signed their name for what she says of number of years i've known her. I feel I call this an envy, slanderous, vendictive and greed. I'm sorry but I have to tell you how it is. If your really want to complaint, you shouldn't write on this kind of website. You should complaint directly to the proper agency. This is if your statement is true......You can't just make a statement publicly without any supporting proof. Emma Chan is very prompt and very professional, will tell you directly what it is, if your a looser or a winner and she will not put up with any body else's mess. She's very humble, she will accept it if she made a mistake and I know she's very rich.
