I purchased a cover from Empire Covers and found it to not be as described. The three layer top is actually the same as the sides with no Reinforcment as mentioned. The buckles are sewn into a single fold heim with no reinforcment. First wind will remove this. The zippered pannels are the entire side, making undoing the tie down necessary, and has very light weight zippers that will pop in the first wind. As far as return, forget it unless you want to pay a large shipping and return fee. Customer service is very arrogant and refuses to admit that top and sides are exactly same material.
DO NO BUY FROM THIS SCAB OUTFIT. DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST.

You can notice in the reputal from Empire Covers / Budge Industries, LLC that they say sorry for the problems your having YOU CAN RETURN IT FOR A REPLACEMENT. Why would I want to replace it when the problem was they mis represinted in in their discription on the internet. I read about it Very carefully and decided based on their description. It was totally incorrect. It said it would fit my RV and even a picture very similar was shown. It looked like a gunny sack on a mouse. Big and bulky, hanging with two feet material on ground all the way around. I pulled the front and back to where it needed to be and had over 30 inches of extra material in the middle. The so called triple layer top was not any differant than side, I don't care what they say, and when held to the light was exactly they same. This material is not durable and if any part rubs the payment with wind blowing etc it will fall apart like toilet paper. The tie downs was sewed on to the two layer heim at the bottom and first wind will tear out a large chunk of cover. It did not even come close to fitting the shape of my road trek. When I call customer service and complaind I was told by them is is not of quality to last and that is why they sell a better one for more than twice the price. Nothing this company says can be believed.
I am now told to send it back however I please and a refund will be given after inspection. No prepad shipping label as I requested so now I must pay more because the have very misleading adds on their web page. That is their fault I'm having to return it and should be at their cost, not mine. I've wasted over two weeks with this CRAP and don't appreciate it.

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having with our RV cover. Please know that your cover has a 1 year warranty that will allow for the cover to be fully replaced. You can claim this warranty by calling 800-672-8343. I can absolutely assure you that the roof material is a multi-ply of the materials on the side. These are fused together to create a waterproof, durable roof lining. The material will not look drastically different, because it is made up of the same material as the sides. The roof simply will be slightly thicker with a waterproof membrane sandwiched between two layers. I'm sorry if this was not explained to you thoroughly on the phone, but I'm glad I could clarify.
