Empire Moving Services, BR Movers ripoff, unprofessional Pembroke Park Florida
This company subcontracted us out to 2 companies withour us knowing. The 2nd company showed up tot pick up our stuff in an unmarkes truck with a piece of paper taped to the side, with a DOT# of a concrete company. This was suppossed to be a moving company!!!
They changed the price of our estimate up $ 500!!! We argued, they couldn't show us the cubic feet our belongings took up.
They 3rd company shoed up 10 days later to drop off our stuff with only 1 guy. We were suppossed to have 3 guys load(we did) and 3 guys unload. We paid $1717 for us to have to unload our own stuff!!! My fiance and his brother had to bring our things up to our apartment from the parking lot out front!
No one has gotten intouch with us to apologize, check in or to dicuss the money change that was supposse to be handled!!!!
Please don't use this company unless you want to have a stressful, complicated move. I waited te whole time wondering if my things were even going to show up, for them to show up all banged up.
