Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I would like to make a complaint about the service I received form Empire Suzuki. The service I received while trying to purchase a car from them was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I was lied to repeatedly, passed around to 5 different people, and I was treated like an idiot.

I feel that their customer service is lacking and that their sales staff is dishonest. I feel for all the people that they have and will scam in the future with their "guarantees" and "promises". I am glad that I was able to see that doing business with them would have been a mistake.

I was upfront with Van, my sales person from the beginning about my situation and he called me EVERYDAY for 2 weeks to come in saying that it would not be a problem and that he would get me into a new car. I finally drove the hour to get there, and he passed me off to someone else. Before I left that night,

I was quoted a payment of $382 by Sales Manager Byron White.

I said that was at the top of my budget, and he said that they were waiting for two more banks to respond. I told him I would think about it. Again, He knew that I needed my payment @ $365. Again, I was told "not a problem." He called me the next day and said that they got the payment "where I wanted it" and told me to come on Saturday to pick up MY car. Like most people would, I wrongfully assumed that he was being honest and that everything was ready to go. I drove an hour AGAIN to get my car.

I called while on my way, and was told everything was ready to go. I got there, and was then told "not so fast", nothing was set. My payment had gone up to over $400 and was asked for money down, even though Byron and Van were told I was not putting money down and I needed my payments @ $365 and that I was upside down with my trade in. They knew all this and still told me I had a car waiting for me.

I was lied to to get me to the dealership. I was then passed to 3 more people who "Knew nothing" about my situation. All of them told me that Byron should not have called me and told me that. If the deal was not done, I should have been told so, because I would not have wasted my time, gas, hopes and patience to come all the way back had I known the truth. I think that I have not met more unethical people in my whole life. To tell someone that they have a car waiting for them with the terms they needed, to get their hopes up, and then to jerk it away is despicable.

I left the dealership with complete disgust and dissatisfaction. I have purchased cars before, and dealt with other dealerships with my current situation, and not once was I treated the way their employees treated me. If they could not help me, I was told so upfront. Their employees lied and deceived me hoping that I would want the car so badly that I would break down and take the bad deal.

I am not stupid, and I will not be conned. I know that they will make the excuse that they were just doing their job and trying to sell a car. Again, I have dealt with several car salespeople, and have not had this experience. I am also in a sales field, and I would never treat my customers the way I was treated by their staff. I just think they should know where your customer service ranks. I will never want a Suzuki again, if this is the type of people that they employ.

I found out today that this dealership had lied to me again! I was told that they ran my credit the first time I was there, and that they would not run it again. Their are now 12 NEW inquiries on my credit from this company. Nice, Huh?

was buying a work van. He was starting a small biz, and needed a van ASAP. He found a Ford E350 that was priced perfectly. It was online. So he calls, and they confirm a price of 13K. SO he drives 2 hours, and when he gets there, they say, "Oh, that sales price of 13K is AFTER a 3K down payment." When he called me and told me this hogwash, I ws shocked. How is a sales price 13K, if that includes a 3K down payment? That would make the price 16K no? People are so stupid nowadays. The saleman should have known he would NEVER make a sale doing that, but I GUESS there must have been equally stupid people to fall for this in the past. Otherwise, he probably wouldnt employ this tactic. Anyway, car salesmen can be the scum of the earth. All of the scummers should be put on an island and tortured. That would make me laugh!
