Empire Today Empire does not stand by there work. They send people out that do not speak english and they are very rude when you call them. Lancaster pennsylvania
Do not trust or use Empire today for carpet. They are the bestest liars and rip offs. I bought carpet from them paid cash they sent out a team of teenagers to install it. I now have my entire seam coming up. I have call and call and no one will help me. Oh they did send out 2 people to check it out .... neither could speak english. I have called and called left message.. not respond. I call my local news that does rip off and scam segment and the are coming out to do a interview. Empire has not help at all do now its time to play hard ball. Empire you suck, your customer service people are rude, service people cant speak english and you do not stand by your work. Watch the new you will see your shady job abd tell them all about you sneaking ways. I am not bluffing it is all set up!

I WAS SO WRONG!!!
It took me aloooong time to get to the right person but when I did..... THEY GOT RIGHT ON IT. I feel embarrasted that I wrote the 1st comment... Its all about getting the right person. Thank you Tammie for the WONDERFUL service. All thee above is no longer the case. I could not be more happy with the outcome. Empire is standing by their carpet. I WOULD RECCOMOND THEM TO ANYONE. Matter of fact I will be ordering carpet for the extra bedroom soon... THANK YOU EMPIRE !!!
