Empire Today BEWARE! Fairfax, Virginia Nationwide
The person at the Fairfax VA Empire Today store sold us incorrect trims for our ceramic tile where it meets the carpet and the stair. He sold us items which are used for Vinyl tile. I was told by the installer that I should go to Home Depot and buy the items myself. The manager of the Fairfax VA store sent me photos of the items which I was sold incorrectly as the new items which she was getting. The installer cancelled the installation and walked off the job even though the manager of the Fairfax VA store said to stay. I was called by the salesman of the store (the one who sold me the wrong items) to come in to the store to see the new pieces. I told him that the manager was to send photos. He said no. I cancelled the entire order. This is stupid and inconvenient and should never have happened. I am so very upset. Beware, Beware, Beware.
