 After the initial purchase with their salesman and all we agreed on in writing, the scheduled date their installers come wasted 3/4 of a day arguing that they are not to remove the old flooring and furniture, they made numb us calls to their company in their language we showed them in black and white that was in our contract, they insisted no, in any event we were right and they started this job late afternoon not havin proper materials. They return to continue the job the next day, we ordered a dark vinyl color floor with matching moulding they brought white moulding and installed it, that's a big joke if you would see all the oversized flooring cuts made and the moulding cuts not sure where they learned to cut moulding like that. I've made numb us, numous calls with absolutely no satisfaction. My floor has overlapping on seams over cuts etc. I was asked to send pic and I did, months ago still no response, as for moulding they claimed they ordered takes over 3 months to get. Finally they send a contractor who we showed all the wrong things done and he 100% agreed with our complaint. He said they only gave him moulding no flooring, he made a call and left. I called empire to find out what's going on with my repair, he said the worker said there was nothing wrong, I made more calls finally get connected to someone who ask that I send him pics, which I did right away, as of today no response whatsoever from that man. I've called empire only to go over all this again still no response,. They were paid in full and do this to a customer is horrible. At this point I would like them to remove my floor return my money and be compensated somehow, Please, if someone can help us resolve this it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
