I have been contacted by the company and have been offered compensation. I thank Rip-Off Report.com. Had I not used this web site and the BBB I feel as though my complaint would not have been resolved.

i dont think i would use your company after reading this report. then saying that it was resolved but no details for us readers to determin if it was realy delt with or not. poor customer service all the way around.

We have been in contact with Jason and have come to a mutual agreement. We offered to him an accommodation of which he has accepted and at this time we consider this complaint to be closed as resolved.
