 I ordered a baby stroller on July 27, 2016. I have never , still to this day, received it. I have called numerous times, written numerous emails to cancel the order and it was supposed to be cancelled within 3 days. This never happened. I have an email or two stating that they would take care of it. Needless to say that this never happened. I get phone calls from them 3 or 4 times a day to pay my bill. They took money out of my bank account, to pay for it. Then in December I thought that it was finally over when I received a refund check from Pacific credit corp (who is their collector). Weird that they still keep calling and saying the the order was never cancelled by Emporium so there is nothing that they can do. I even went so far as to give them the name of the person that I talked to or the name of the person on the email, but they say that they are not allowed to do anything and they send you to a number that usually the voicemail is full, so that you cannot leave a message. I do not know what a person has to do to get them to quit calling. It is very annoying and it needs to stop.

Still to this day, I have NOT received an email with a confirmation#, I am getting daily phone calls from the collection department, and letters from the collection department.  I requested that they email me and let me know that this has been resolved and that the phone calls stop.  This has NOT happened either. Now I see a rebuttal from them wanting all of this information sent to them again, so they can "find me" and fix the problem.  They havent even returned the last email that i sent to them in January.  I believe that this company is fraudulant in the things that they are doing.  At least to me.  I tried calling back again today after I got the automated call from them and of course the voicemail is full and they can't take calls, what do they want me to do, take a day off from work and just sit and keep redialing them?  Unless they are paying me to do That it will lnot work.  I HAVE to work!!!    Lori   Bozeman, MT
