Complaint Review: EmpowerCapital - Glongoo - Sam King - Dr. Seymour Kern - Carlsbad California

This individual (Sam King/ Dr. Seymour Kern) is very good at telling LIES to get your money! He has taken my $25,000 that I wired to his Bank America account and NEVER has preformed. I wired this money to his account on 06/14/2006 and he assured me that I would have the $1,000,000 credit limit by the end of of June 2006! I only needed $250,000 for the Real Estate project that I had presented to him and his assuring me that "this will be no problem" prior to my wiring the money.

The following is what has recently transpired in e-mails between Sam King and myself:

Hi Sam

Today is Feb. 8, 2008! Where is my $1,000,000 funding? More than 72 hours have gone by since I have advised you of my matching funds!

I haven't even received a phone call or e-mail from you concerning the $1,000,000 funding, so I am following up with this e-mail!

On June 14, 2006 I wired $25,000 to your Bank America Account in NY. I am now asking for my $1,000,000 funding!!

This is less than your 72 hours that is stated ! You already have my money!!

Below you will find correspondence from myself "Richard ....." and a "Sam King/ Dr. Seymour Kern on Feb. 3, 2008 I e-mailed Sam a notice concerning his not complying with the 72 hour notice that his web site "glongoo.com" promotes. Please scroll down and see the information. You will see his statement of supplying $1,000,000 for a $25,000 deposit. Sam Kings scam started in the US and now he has moved his scam to London. I have alerted the authorities in San Diego, CA about this scam! The following is my current e-mail to him:

Here is my follow up to my e-mail of Feb. 3, 2008 to Sam King/ Dr. Seymour Kern.

If you want to see where I found the piece that I copied and pasted from the web site www.glongoo.com, go to the web site once you are there click on Glongoo News.

Then scroll down until you come to "One of GLONGOO LIMITED Resources Have Approved You for up to $10,000,000 Low Interest Funding." Click on this site and you will see the information that I copied and pasted. This whole thing is a Scam!

Also there is another item on this page "A Few Simple Steps to Raise Large Capital Even With No Personal Credit" here you will see basically the same "Thus, if you require a loan of $500,000,000 you will need to come in with $12,500,000 within 72 hours notice of your instructions to wire funds." (copy & pasted)

So as you can see now it is possible to raise a lot more capital using this two step process than any other way regardless of your credit.

This whole thing is a Scam! As I have documented to you! All he does is take the money and never funds anything!
