I ordered a part from this company on December 31, 2018. I paid my invoice, and it read on the invoice I would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. It is now January 23, 2019, and I still have not received my part.
I contacted the company many times about the delivery. He always had some excuse as to why I had not recieved my part. I started doing some research (I should have done this before I ordered), and found out this was a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, HE IS A SCAMMER!!!!!

I will have to agree with the customer here on his complant. I have never heard of Chadwick Jones. That is not the person that claims to be the owner that I spoke with. The person I spoke with claimed ownership and was not him.
I also have dealt with your company and have also had a bad experience with it. My contact is DJ.
I had to wait 3 months for a negotiated amount of money to pay my mechanic after receiveng a bad engine. My mechanic fixed it at a cost of $775 in additon to the original labor after my car sat for 30 days.
Now, you will say you offerd me my money back or a replacement engine, but that would have been ludicrous! Stuck with the labor bill for the engine and then, NO engine or the additional labor to install that engine!
I also purchased the extended 3 year warranty for $200 which I have not received after complying with the requirements to get it. So, I agree. Your buisness is bad and should be stopped form the way you do that business. Continual lies.

I don’t care how many motors or parts your company delivered to others, I got the runaround about my part every time I called you. You kept telling me it would be here tomorrow. Tomorrow never came , obviously.
I asked for a tracking number several times, and never received one. I have ordered plenty of parts online, and never had this problem. I still haven’t received no part or no money back. I just want my money back.

We made 3 Attempts to get you a Running Board that Cracked 2 out of 3 Times. Most Yards don’t even deal with this just bc of problem I offered you refund after first one Cracked and you refused now ALL of a sudden we Scammed You, but Delivered 385 Motors Last Year Alone!
