False advertising and promotion and extremely poor customer service . Does not honour the reservation . Even with confirmation emails. When you arrive to pick up cars . No cars available . Both locations advertise 9.99 weekend rate . I rebook the regular rate for 44.99 and was able to get a car at the west hill location. Same car I book for 9.99. Pls do not use enterprise . Better choices are Avis hertz budget .
