Enterprise Car Rental Enterprise Damage ripoff Southpalin field, New Jersey
hello,
I rented a car from enterprise location in south palinfield, NJ. I rented it because my car was been repaired by an autobody shop and they suggested that i can rent it from this near by location. They picked me up to rental office, I picked the car and the guy did not write about a dent on the car. they asked me many times if i need an insurance from enterprise, my insurance company said i could use the same insurance coverage i have as my car is been repaired. so i did not bother to take an additional insurance.
when i went to drop off the car at enterprise location, the manager from the rental office inspects the car and indicates that there is a hit on the car, I told that it was there when i picked it up from the rental office the previous week. Its a very small hit on the front bumper. Since i did not get there insurance they want to rip me off on my insurance.
This is really a sinful way to make money from customers, Regardless of been such a reputed company , they do these cheap tricks to make money. I would never ever reccomend this company to any one in my life.
I researched on internet and found this has happened to many people. I would appreciate if some one can guide me on how to handle this issue.
