Enterprise Relocation Services Moving company ripoff! Owner is a liar! Norcross Georgia
I hired a mover by the name of "Oren", who claimed to own Enterprise Relocation Services, in Norcross, GA, to move my furniture from Chagrin Falls, Ohio to Boca Raton, FL. I also sent him a complete list of each furniture piece he was to pick up. I was asked to prepay $1500 before the move, and another $1100 on delivery. After several delays, my furniture was finally delivered on October 22, 2016. But Oren's crew forgot 3 furniture pieces. He promised that if I paid the full $1100 at delivery, he would go pick up the rest of the furniture in late December 2016 and deliver it to me for free. It is now January 2017, and Oren has disappeared and does not answer his phone when I call.
I am requesting that Oren either keeps his promise and picks up my furniture, which he left behind, and deliver it to me for free immediately, or that he pays me a $1,000 refund, so I can hire another company to move it for me.
